Golf Course Renovations Clubhouse Refresh

New Greens:
Enjoy smoother, more consistent greens designed for optimal play. For our new grass type, we will choose one that tolerates heat and humidity extremely well. We will also prioritize a high-density shoot growth pattern, which creates an excellent putting surface.

Greens Expansion: 
Greens will be enlarged in order to bring back the integrity of Jack Nicklaus’ original design. 

New Collars & Surrounds: 
With the expansion of the greens, new collars will be installed.

Playability & Overall Enjoyment:
We’ll continue tree-limbing to improve playability and aesthetics across the course. This initiative opens up the layout for more enjoyable play and encourages better grass growth along the perimeter.
